  • How does property.hr help employers?

property.hr is a curated marketplace of UK property talent who are looking for their next career opportunity.

property.hr empowers internal hiring managers at property companies to source new talent faster at a significantly lower cost, around 60% on average vs recruitment agencies.

Our matching algorithm together with human curation deliver a pool of property talent that best match your property jobs, so you can spend way less time sourcing and much more time interviewing and hiring!

  • How is property.hr different than recruitment agencies?

property.hr is the only place where UK property companies can truly get to know what a potential candidate is looking for in terms of both their salary expectations and career aspirations.

After being equipped with this insight from the anonymous talent profiles that get selectively matched to your jobs via our clever algorithms, it enables you the hiring manager to tailor interview requests to candidates that will ultimately lead to a significantly higher response rate versus generic Emails or InMails. We call this hiring talent with insight.

  • How does the matching algorithm work?

We have created a clever matching algorithm that spans both what you the employer are looking for in your new hire, in addition to ensuring that what you can offer meets or exceeds one or more items from a candidate's unique wish list. Our algorithm includes location, salary, education, certifications, experience years, company size, and lots more.

We then marry up our matching engine with human curation, and each candidate that gets matched to your job will have a note from your assigned talent advocate, highlighting why we like the candidates profile together with a calculated matching score.

  • Do you vet candidates who join property.hr?

Candidates join our platform either directly or via an invitation that we have sent them through our various social / marketing activities.
